FedEx Sues U.S. Government Seeking Refunds on Trump-Era Tariffs
FedEx has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government to recover money it paid in tariffs that were implemented under former President Donald Trump. The company is seeking a full refund of these trade duties, plus interest.
The lawsuit follows a recent Supreme Court decision that struck down some of the tariffs. FedEx filed its complaint with the U.S. Court of International Trade, but did not specify how much it is seeking in reimbursement.
According to FedEx, it has taken legal action to protect its rights as an importer. It is currently unclear if any refunded tariff amounts would be passed on to FedEx customers who were charged extra due to the tariffs.

It's not clear yet. FedEx has not said if it will return any refund money to customers.
