The Company’s primary investment focus on retail shopping malls located in the eastern half of the United States, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. The firm holds interests in its portfolio of properties through its operating partnership, PREIT Associates, L.P. The firm own interests in approximately 25 retail properties, of which approximately 24 are operating properties and one is a development property. The approximately 24 operating properties include approximately 20 shopping malls and four other retail properties, have a total of approximately 19.6 million square feet and are located in eight states.
