Caprice Resources Ltd
Glance View
Caprice Resources Ltd is a small Australian mineral exploration company. It looks for gold and other battery and base metals on early-stage exploration ground, mainly in Western Australia. The company does not mine or sell minerals itself; its job is to identify drill targets, test them, and try to prove up deposits that could later be developed or sold. Its main “customers” are really the future buyers of its projects: larger mining companies, joint-venture partners, and investors who fund exploration. Caprice makes money in the same way most junior explorers do, by raising capital to keep exploring and, if it makes a meaningful discovery, by bringing in a partner, selling an asset, or moving the project toward development. What makes the business different is that it sits at the very start of the mining value chain. Caprice is not a producer with steady sales; it is a high-risk discovery business whose value depends on finding minerals in the ground and turning geological ideas into drill results and resource potential.
