Vhm Ltd
Glance View
VHM Ltd is an Australian mineral sands and rare earths developer. Its main project is the Goschen project in Victoria, where it aims to mine heavy mineral sands and rare earth-bearing minerals from the same ore body. In simple terms, the company is trying to turn a mineral deposit into separate saleable products such as zircon, titanium-rich minerals, and rare earth concentrates. The company does not sell finished consumer goods. It sells into the upstream mining supply chain, where mineral processors, traders, and industrial customers buy raw mineral concentrates for further refining. VHM’s business model is based on moving its projects through permitting, development, mining, and processing, then earning revenue from the sale of those extracted mineral products. What makes VHM different is that it sits at the point where two resource streams meet: mineral sands and rare earths. That can make the deposit more valuable if the ore can be processed efficiently, because one mine can produce several products for different end markets. Its role is mainly as a project developer and future raw-material supplier rather than a producer of branded finished goods.
