In May 2014, Enersis SA of Chile, a unit of the Endesa Latinoamerica SA subsidiary of Enel Energy Europe Srl's (Enel Energy) Endesa SA unit, acquired 15,184% stake of Coelce; following the acquisition Enersis SA of Chile owns 75,269% shares of the Company.
