The firm has two main assets, a 90% operating interest in an approximately 2,477 square kilometers (km2) oil and gas license (License 67) and a 50% operating interest in an approximately 4,991 km2 oil and gas license (License 61), both these licenses are located within the Tomsk Oblast. These licenses are located in the prolific Western Siberian Oil and Gas Basin. License 61 includes seven oil fields: Lineynoye, Tungolskoye, Arbuzovskoye, Sibkrayevskoye, West Lineynoye, Kondrashevskoye and North Varyakhskoye, and approximately 25 Prospects and Leads that are being explored. Licence 67 (Ledovy) contains the Cheremshanskoye and Ledovoye oil fields and numerous prospects and leads.
