SAF Tehnika AS designs, manufactures and distributes wireless data transmission equipment. Its products provide wireless backhaul solutions for digital voice and data transmission to mobile and fixed network operators and data service providers. The Company’s offers three product lines: CFIP family with 366 megabits per second (Mbps) Lumina FODU (Gigabit Ethernet), 108 Mbps FODU (Fast Ethernet) and 366 Mbps PhoeniX Hybrid Split Mount System; CFQ family with high capacity radio equipment (SDH); and CFM family with low to medium capacity radio equipment (PDH). As of June 30, 2011, SAF Tehnika AS held a 10% stake in LEO Petijumu centrs SIA. As of April 30, 2011, Mr. Didzis Liepkalns held a 17.05% stake in SAF Tehnika AS.
