Its subsidiaries include PT Bhakti Coal Resources, PT Bhakti Migas Resources (BMR), PT MNC Infrastrutkur Utama, PT Indonesia Air Transport and PT Global Maintenance Facility. PT Bhakti Coal Resources is a coal company, which controls eight concessions. These concessions have a combined area of approximately 72,478 hectares (Ha) with 1.6 billion metric tons (MT) of coal resources and 253 million MT of mineable coal reserves, operating in Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera, Indonesia. BMR through PT Suma Sarana (SS), has signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for Semai Block III in Papua, and has 100% of the Participating Interest (PI) in the PSC of Semai Block III.
