Debt-Free Balance Sheet: Comstock eliminated all debt as of September 30, 2025, compared to $8.5 million a year ago, creating one of its strongest financial positions ever.
Equity Raise: The company completed an oversubscribed equity offering this quarter, netting $31.8 million in proceeds and bringing in over 30 new institutional investors.
Solar Recycling Ramp: Significant progress was made on scaling the solar panel recycling business, with equipment deposits placed, key permits nearly secured, and first facility commissioning expected in Q1 2026.
