Profitability: Gross margin hit multi-year highs (company said highest in 26 quarters) and 2025 closed at 30.4%, above guidance.
Revenue & Volume: Q4 net operating revenue was BRL 2.8 billion and 2025 net operating revenue totaled BRL 10.1 billion (slightly above guidance midpoint).
Cash/Cash generation: Adjusted cash generation ex-credit assignment was BRL 182 million in Q4, but cash fell short for the year due to a 5,000-unit transfer lag that reduced cash by BRL 600 million.
Margins & Earnings: Q4 EBITDA was BRL 602 million and adjusted net income was BRL 268 million; full-year EBITDA BRL 1.9 billion and net income BRL 611 million (both strong YoY improvements).
Capital allocation / balance sheet: Net leverage around 1x net debt / annualized EBITDA (about half prior-year level) and no need to roll corporate debt over the next two years.
Subsidiaries & restructuring: Urba and Luggo showed improvement (Urba net operating revenue BRL 371 million, net income BRL 20 million); Resia is being delevered and MRV will not start new Resia projects within MRV&Co.
Costs & SG&A: SG&A as % of net operating revenue improved (Q4 at 11.8%; full year 13.9%) and management expects further dilution as revenue grows and headcount/sales structure is optimized.
