Revenue: Q3 FY '26 revenue was INR 97.4 crores, down 3.08% year-on-year due to softer demand and geopolitical uncertainties.
Profitability: EBITDA grew 6.81% and PAT rose 7.17% year-on-year, with both EBITDA and PAT margins seeing significant expansion.
Margin Strength: EBITDA margin increased to 32.04%, up nearly 300 bps, and management expects long-term margin stability around 27–28%.
Exports: Exports contributed 63% of revenue this quarter, with the U.S. accounting for 26–27% of sales, though this is expected to decline slightly next year.
Capacity Utilization: Utilization was 46% this quarter; management expects this to rise to 58% next year and reach 90% by FY '28.
Order Book: The current executable order book stands at INR 115 crores for Q4 FY '26.
Outlook: Management reaffirmed confidence in achieving 11% growth for FY '26 and sustaining 20% CAGR over the next three years despite geopolitical headwinds.
Diversification & Expansion: Steelcast is actively developing new parts, expanding into more geographies, and investing in efficiency with a 2.4MW hybrid power plant.
