Revenue Growth: Total revenue for the 9-month period rose 67% year-on-year to INR 445 crores, driven largely by the DEX business acquisition.
DEX Business: DEX revenue grew from INR 174 crores to INR 194 crores, with improved client retention and a major new 3-year deal with IRDA at a higher price.
Profitability Pressure: EBITDA doubled to INR 59 crores, but PAT dropped to minus INR 16 crores due to higher finance costs and IND AS accounting impacts from the DEX acquisition.
Debt Update: The company took on INR 210 crores in debt for the DEX acquisition and plans to raise up to INR 50 crores more in the short term, with a goal to become debt-free in 24 to 36 months.
EdTech Structural Shift: EdTech revenues fell from INR 150 crores to INR 127 crores amid market shifts toward lower-priced products and self-prep; this difficult period is expected to last another 2 to 4 quarters.
MarTech Steady Growth: MarTech revenue increased, especially internationally, with new blue-chip clients onboarded and stabilization after earlier client turbulence.
mySATHI Launched: The company launched mySATHI, an on-demand, AI-driven adaptive assessment platform, with 18 universities onboard and potential for large-scale monetization.
