Revenue: First-quarter revenue was $69 million, up 3.5% from the fourth quarter, helped by $3.2 million of payments from PharmaCann and $1.5 million from the Gold Flora receivership settlement.
AFFO: AFFO was $53.4 million, or $1.88 per share, flat versus last quarter.
Rescheduling: Management called the DOJ’s move to Schedule III a landmark development that removes 280E for qualifying medical operators and could improve operator economics and access to capital.
Leasing: The company signed new leases at 5 properties year-to-date totaling 389,000 square feet and said it has now addressed well north of 90% of the troubled assets tied to PharmaCann, 4Front and Gold Flora through leases or negotiations.
Balance sheet: The company raised $128 million of gross capital year-to-date and said it has nearly $130 million more in financing transactions in process to help address an unsecured bond maturity this month.
IQHQ: IIP has funded $175 million of its $270 million IQHQ commitment and said the remaining $95 million will be funded over time, with the schedule running out to mid-2027.
