WisdomTree Inc
WisdomTree is an asset management company best known for exchange-traded funds, or ETFs. It designs and manages funds that let investors buy a single security to get exposure to stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities, or specific investment themes. The company mainly serves individual investors, financial advisers, and institutions that want low-cost, easy-to-trade investment products. The company makes money mostly by charging fees on the assets in its funds. When investors buy WisdomTree ETFs or related products, the firm earns management fees and, in some cases, licensing or advisory fees tied to those products. Its business depends on gathering assets into its funds and keeping those products attractive to brokers, advisers, and asset allocators. What makes WisdomTree different is its focus on rules-based fund design rather than active stock picking. It builds ETFs around specific index or strategy ideas, such as dividend-paying stocks, currency hedges, or fixed-income approaches, and then sells those products through the ETF marketplace. In the asset management chain, WisdomTree sits between the capital markets and end investors, packaging investment ideas into tradable funds.

Record AUM: WisdomTree ended the quarter with $162.9 billion in assets under management, its sixth straight quarter of record AUM, helped by market gains, $3.1 billion of net inflows and the Atlantic House acquisition.
Strong growth: Revenue rose to $177.2 million, up 11% from Q1 and 57% from a year ago, while adjusted operating margin expanded to 42.6% in the second quarter and 41.1% year to date.
Capital returns: The company retired about $127 million of convertible notes, bought back about $29 million of stock, and lowered full-year diluted share guidance to 152 million to 155 million from 154 million.
Guidance tweak: WisdomTree cut interest income guidance to $8 million from $10 million, saying more cash is being used for share repurchases, while all other guidance stayed unchanged.
Strategic expansion: Management emphasized that Atlantic House, Ceres, private markets and tokenization are broadening the business beyond ETFs and creating more ways to grow.
Confident outlook: Executives said the business is still undervalued and highlighted a strong pipeline in tokenization, ETFs and new product launches, including plans to expand Atlantic House strategies into the U.S. and Europe.
