Latvijas Gaze A/S engages in the transmission, storage, distribution and sale of natural gas. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholders were E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH and Gazprom JSC with a stake of 47.2% and 34%, respectively.
