Success Universe Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the travel-related business, property investment, and other investment projects. The firm operates through two segments. Travel segment is engaged in the sales of air tickets and the provision of travel-related services. Its Jade Travel provides travel packages and arrangement services for the high-end meeting, incentive, convention and exhibition (MICE) and free independent traveler (FIT) customers. Lottery segment is engaged in the provision of lottery sales and lottery agency services to the lottery market in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
