In March 2014, the Company acquired a 90% interest in Banadora Gida Yas Meyve Sebze Kozmetik Urunleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, an Izmir-based producer and wholesaler of vegetables and fruits, from Nazelka Gida Turizm Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd Sti and Abdi Gurbuz.
