Its residential buildings consist of landed properties, such as terraces, semi-detached and detached houses, cluster houses, as well as townhouses, and non-residential buildings include commercial buildings (such as shop offices and shopping malls), industrial buildings, purpose-built buildings (such as show village and recreational hub), as well as institutional buildings. It also provides other related services, such as, among others, earthworks, roadworks, hoarding works, rectification works, piling works and infrastructure works. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Kitacon Sdn. Bhd. (KSB).
