On April 2, 2013, MSS Holdings Co., Ltd acquired a 66.0% stake in the Company from Kim Gwang Ho and four related parties. After the transaction, MSS Holdings became the largest shareholder of the Company, replacing Kim Gwang Ho and four related parties.
