EBITDA Performance: AMG delivered the third highest adjusted EBITDA in its history for 2025, despite weakness in lithium and vanadium.
Revenue Growth: Q4 2025 revenues increased 16% year-over-year, with strong contributions from higher lithium prices and increased sales volumes in some segments.
Profitability Drivers: Significant adjusted EBITDA growth in Q4 (up 25% YoY), helped by strong antimony pricing and engineering sales.
