Its earnings are derived from Fund management through its subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd (FPAM), which earns fees from investing for third parties in property, and Group Properties, which consists principal investments by the Group, to earn a return on its own capital, usually in partnership with third parties. The Company’s properties comprised of over seven directly owned commercial properties in Poland and Romania and non-controlling interests in approximately eleven of the thirteen funds managed by FPAM, which are invested in the United Kingdom, Poland and Romania.
