Helium One Global Ltd. engages the exploration, commercial development, and monetisation of a discovery-ready, non-hydrocarbon associated helium rich gas composition within the Tanzanian Rift Valley in East Africa.It operates through the British Virgin Islands and Tanzania geographical segments. The firm's focus is to explore, develop, and become a producer of helium for the international market. The firm holds approximately 4,512 square kilometers of exploration licenses in the helium provinces in Tanzania. The company holds about 100% of these licenses and has rights to develop the assets. The company has three distinct project areas within the Company's portfolio in Tanzania, such as the Rukwa, Eyasi and Balangida projects. The Rukwa project is an advanced exploration project, which is located in south western Tanzania with the Company holding approximately 15 licenses, covering an area of approximately 3,590 square kilometers. The Eyasi project area is located in north central Tanzania and holds about four licenses, covering an area of approximately 910 square kilometers. The Balangida project area is located in north central Tanzania and it hold about one license, covering an area of approximately 260 square kilometers.
