Cadence Minerals Plc is an early-stage investment and development company, which engages in the identification, investment, and development of lithium and rare earth assets. The Company’s projects include Cinovec, Iron Ore, Amapa, Sonora Lithium, Yangibana and Litchfield Lithium. The Cinovec project is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) north-west from Prague on the border with Germany, situated in the heart of Europe with access to end-user car makers and companies involved in energy storage. The Iron Ore Projects are situated in the Yilgarn Region of south-western, Western Australia. The Amapa Project is located in Amapa, north-east Brazil. The Sonora Lithium Project is comprised of two lithium properties, La Ventana and La Ventana 1 concessions, and El Sauz, El Sauz 1, El Sauz 2, Fleur and Fleur 1 concessions. The Yangibana Project is located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, approximately 250 km northeast of Carnarvon. The Litchfield Lithium Project is close to Darwin Port.
