Revenue Decline: Net revenue for H1 2025 was GBP 328.2 million, down 10% like-for-like and 12.7% reported, reflecting ongoing macroeconomic headwinds and cautious client spending.
Profit Metrics: Operational EBITDA was GBP 20.8 million with a margin of 6.3%, while adjusted EPS dropped to GBP 0.02 from GBP 0.12 last year.
Cash Flow & Debt: Free cash flow improved to GBP 16 million, and net debt was reduced by GBP 37 million to GBP 145.9 million, with further deleveraging targeted for year-end.
Cost Cuts: Staff numbers fell 4% and further cost reductions are planned to align personnel costs with industry averages.
