Revenue Decline: TT Electronics reported a 6% organic revenue decline for the half, with weakness in North America and Asia offsetting strong growth in Europe.

Strategic Actions: Management closed the loss-making Plano site, completed a strategic review of the Components business, and launched an operational turnaround at Cleveland.
Europe Strength: European operations delivered 5% organic revenue growth and a 34% increase in adjusted operating profit, with margins up 330 bps to 15.6%.
Asia Softness: Asia saw a 9% organic revenue decline due to order delays and customer production transfers, but margins remained solid at 13.2%.
Guidance Maintained: Despite the mixed first half, full year adjusted operating profit is expected to be in line with market expectations, with a significant H2 uplift anticipated.
No Interim Dividend: The dividend remains paused to prioritize balance sheet strength, with a review planned at year end.
