As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s direct subsidiaries were Il Messaggero SpA, Il Mattino SpA, Quotidiano di Puglia SpA, Ced Digital & Servizi Srl, Il Gazzettino SpA, Corriere Adriatico SpA, Leggo SpA and Finced Srl.
