The luxeptinib is a mutation agnostic Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) kinase inhibitor, which is in a Phase I a/b trial in patients with refractory B cell malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), who have failed or are intolerant to standard therapies and is in a separate Phase I a/b trial in patients with refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Its APTO-253 is the clinical stage agent that directly targets the Master Regulator of Cell Cycle Entry and Proliferative Metabolism (MYC) oncogene and suppresses its expression, which is in a Phase I a/b clinical trial for the treatment of patients with relapsed.
