Its APTO-253 is the clinical stage agent that directly targets the Master Regulator of Cell Cycle Entry and Proliferative Metabolism (MYC) oncogene and suppresses its expression, which is in a Phase I a/b clinical trial for the treatment of patients with relapsed.
