Revenue Growth: Broadwind reported third quarter revenue of $44.2 million, up 25% from the prior year and up nearly 13% sequentially.
Strong Orders: Orders surged to $44 million, a 90% year-over-year increase and the highest quarterly order level since 2022.
Segment Performance: Heavy Fabrication and Industrial Solutions revenues increased strongly year-over-year, while Gearing revenue declined but orders in that segment rebounded significantly.
Manufacturing Consolidation: The sale of the Manitowoc facility generated a net gain of $8.2 million and improved liquidity, while production was consolidated at the Abilene facility.
Guidance Raised: Full-year 2025 revenue guidance was raised to $155 million–$160 million from $145 million–$155 million; adjusted EBITDA guidance was maintained.
Margin Outlook: Margins were temporarily impacted by manufacturing inefficiencies, but management expects improvement as capacity utilization rises and operational headwinds subside.
