Liquidity: Ended the quarter with approximately $50 million of total liquidity and about $30.2 million of qualified cash.
Revenue: Net sales were $106.8 million, down from $126.6 million a year ago, reflecting intentional phasing out of low-margin Satellite & Space business and some timing impacts from the U.S. government shutdown.
Profitability: Gross profit rose to $36.2 million (33.9% of sales) and adjusted EBITDA increased to $9.1 million, up from $2.9 million a year ago.
Bookings and backlog: Net bookings were $175.4 million (book-to-bill 1.64x), backlog increased to $732 million and revenue visibility remains about $1.1 billion.
Segment momentum: Satellite & Space is transitioning away from low-margin legacy work toward higher-margin modems, MPRs and MTTS with funded wins; Allerium grew to $56.2 million in sales and received significant multiyear funding (over $107 million) from a large Tier 1 customer.
Cash flow & balance sheet: Fourth consecutive quarter of positive operating cash flow ($4.9 million this quarter); total credit facility borrowings about $125 million and subordinated facility about $102.8 million; available revolver capacity $19.6 million.
Legal update: Arbitrator allowed the former CEO to withdraw his claims; Comtech’s counterclaims against him remain pending.
