CDM Acquisition: Creative Realities completed its transformative acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media (CDM), doubling the company's size and expanding its North American footprint.
Revenue Decline: Q3 revenue fell to $10.5 million from $14.4 million last year, primarily due to a $2 million order being delayed into Q4.
