Fimepinostat is a small molecule that inhibits the activity of histone deacetylase (HDAC), and phosphotidyl-inositol 3 kinase (PI3) enzymes. CA-170 is a small molecule antagonist of VISTA and PDL1. CA-327 is a small molecule antagonist of PDL1 and TIM3, which is a pre-IND stage oncology drug candidate.
