Pamrevlumab, an anti-CTGF human monoclonal antibody for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The firm is also enrolling patients in its two Phase III trials of pamrevlumab patients.
