The firm's Rintodestrant, is a clinical-stage oral selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD), for use as a monotherapy and in combination with CDK4/6 inhibitors, initially Ibrance (palbociclib), for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-breast cancer.
