The HB-200 program consists of its arenaviral-based immunotherapies for the treatment of patients with advanced/metastatic cancers caused by 16-positive (HPV16+). Its lead replicating arenavirus oncology product candidates, HB-201 and HB-202, are in development for the treatment of Human Papillomavirus HPV16+ cancers in a Phase I/II clinical trial. Its non-replicating prophylactic Cytomegalovirus vaccine candidate, HB-101, is for patients awaiting kidney transplantation in Phase II clinical trial.
