Tariffs & Pricing: Management said 145% tariffs on China in 2025 caused major disruption; Lifetime moved early to raise prices across channels to offset tariffs and captured improved margins once the market re-priced.
Profitability: Q4 2025 net income was $18.2 million ($0.83/sh) versus $8.9 million ($0.41) a year ago, and adjusted EBITDA for the full year was $50.8 million; margins expanded despite a 5.2% decline in net sales.
Sales & Volume: Consolidated sales fell 5.2% to $204.1 million in Q4; management expects more normalized seasonality and a priority on recovering sustainable top-line growth in 2026.
Cost Discipline: SG&A fell 12% to $38.0 million in Q4 and U.S. distribution expense improved (8.3% of goods shipped vs. 9.1% prior year) due to efficiency actions and warehouse systems.
International & Restructuring: International sales showed resilience (full year $56.7 million, up 1.7% reported) while Project Concord restructuring progress continued but final phase delayed into H1 2026.
Capital & Operations: East Coast DC relocation to Hagerstown (≈1 million sq ft) expected to start operations in Q2 2026; year-end liquidity was $76.6 million and adjusted EBITDA/net debt ~2.9x.
