Top-line Growth: Zenvia's total revenue grew 24% year-over-year in Q2, driven mainly by strong CPaaS performance and the ongoing ramp-up of Zenvia Consumer Cloud.
Profitability Pressure: Consolidated adjusted gross profit fell to BRL 69 million, with gross margin down to 24%, as CPaaS margins were hit by pricing pressure and higher carrier costs.
