Raipur Hospital Losses: Raipur posted a 9-month EBITDA loss of INR 10 crores, with an additional INR 1.5–2 crores expected in Q4, but management expects breakeven on a monthly basis within 6 months.
Expense Normalization: Elevated other expenses (45% of sales) due to Raipur commissioning and promotions are expected to decline to 40% over the next 6–8 months.
Growth Traction: Existing hospitals excluding Raipur delivered 10–11% sales growth, and new service lines (oncology, cardiac, robotic surgery) are driving further gains.
ARPOB Improvement: Average revenue per operating bed (ARPOB) is rising, with Dum Dum at INR 42,000 and Agartala at INR 37,000, trending towards the network average of INR 39,000.
Expansion Plans: Jamshedpur hospital (150 beds) will be commissioned by Q4 FY '27, and further greenfield/brownfield expansion is under evaluation to reach 1,000 beds.
