Record Profit: Marathon Nextgen reported its highest-ever 9-month profit after tax of INR 161 crores, driven by strong commercial and steady residential performance.
Revenue & Collections: 9-month revenue reached INR 487 crores, with booking value of INR 421 crores and collections of INR 578 crores from about 1.8 lakh sq ft of sales.
Debt Position: The company is now effectively net debt-free after repaying nearly INR 340 crores of debt from QIP proceeds.
Post-Merger Growth: Post-merger, sales area, booking value, and collections saw sizable increases, with large land parcels in Panvel, Dombivali, and Bhandup coming into the portfolio.
Project Updates: Commercial projects like Futurex and Millennium, and residential projects like Monte South, Nexzone, and NeoValley are progressing well, with strong sales and launches planned.
