Kolkata Settlement: The long-standing dispute over the Kolkata land parcel was settled by conveying 42.37 acres to the West Bengal government, fully discharging INR 259 crores in liabilities with no cash outflow.
Revenue Growth: Q3 revenue reached INR 203 crores, up 13% year-over-year, despite ongoing deferrals due to registration delays in Bangalore.
Operational Challenges: Revenue and handovers continued to be impacted by e-Khata and registration portal issues in Bangalore, with smoother operations in other markets.

Balance Sheet Strength: Net debt-to-equity remains conservative at 0.3x, with INR 217 crores in cash on hand and a focus on maintaining financial discipline.
Launch Pipeline: Multiple new project launches are lined up for Q4 and early FY '27; 18 million square feet of pipeline with a GDV of INR 11,670 crores remains to be monetized.
