Strong Financials: Millrose delivered fourth quarter net income of $122.2 million and full-year net income of $404.8 million, both characterized as outperformance versus expectations.
AFFO & Guidance: Fourth quarter AFFO per share came in at $0.76, the top end of guidance, and the normalized year-end run rate reached $0.77; guidance for Q2 2026 is $0.78–$0.80 per share.
