The Company’s subsidiaries include Ambac Assurance Corporation and Ambac Assurance UK Limited, which is engaged in financial guarantee business; Everspan Indemnity Insurance Company and Everspan Insurance Company, which include specialty property and casualty program business, and Xchange Benefits, LLC and Xchange Affinity Underwriting Agency, LLC, which is a property and casualty managing general underwriters. The firm through its subsidiary Ambac Financial Services (AFS), provides interest rate swaps to states, municipalities and their authorities, asset-backed issuers and other entities in connection with their financings.
