Earnings Growth: Bonheur continued to grow earnings year-over-year, even with major assets like Mid Hill windfarm and Brave Tern vessel idled throughout the quarter.
MEAG Investment: A key transaction was MEAG's EUR 150 million investment for a 24% stake in Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, providing strategic and financial flexibility.
Cruise Bookings: Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines had its best-ever Q4 booking performance, with bookings up 17% and improved occupancy and yield.
Dividend Growth: The board proposed a dividend of NOK 7.30 per share, up from NOK 6.75 last year, totaling about NOK 310 million.
Renewables Impacted: Renewable segment EBITDA fell due to the absence of an insurance claim booked in the prior year; production was also 8% lower, mainly due to grid outages.
Wind Service Upswing: Wind Service segment EBITDA nearly doubled year-over-year despite vessel idle time, with strong vessel and GWS performance.
Strong Balance Sheet: Bonheur remains net cash positive in fully controlled entities and maintains a high equity ratio (68%).
