Revenue: Total revenue rose 4.5% to 11,478,000 in 2025, driven by a 22% increase in high‑margin monitoring revenue.
Margins: Gross margin improved to 76.8% (up 400 bps YoY) and monitoring revenue delivered a 95% gross margin.
Profitability & cash: Diluted EPS was 0.99; cash from operations more than doubled to 2.090 million and year‑end cash rose to 4,454,000 (4,131,000 as of March 3, 2026 after a 250,000 investment).
AIO deal: Announced exclusive North American rights to AIO's product suite (no revenue expected until H2 2026); expect average Omni sale of AIO products to be ~5–6x current Omni sales and to share SaaS/monitoring revenue with AIO.
Hardware timing headwinds: Hardware revenue declined 8% overall due to timing of a large national wireless customer contract and an 885,000 reduction in deferred revenue amortization (amortization revenue was 956,000 in 2025 vs 1.84 million in 2024).
Strategy & targets: Management reiterated a 20% average annual revenue growth target over 3–5 years and expects roughly 50% of incremental revenue dollars from existing business to flow to operating income.
M&A & OEMs: Active M&A pipeline (AIO is one transaction); ongoing OEM discussions (management expects at least one partnership) but timing and economics remain uncertain.
