Gross Margin Expansion: Gross margin improved to 78.5% from 71.7%, driven by a higher proportion of monitoring revenue.
Net Income Drop: Q3 net income fell to $252,000 from $725,000 a year ago, primarily because of lower hardware revenue and increased operating expenses.
Product Pipeline: The company launched next-generation monitors for both residential and commercial markets and is beta-testing a new product in pipeline corrosion protection.
Growth Outlook: Management reiterated its target for 20% average annual revenue growth over the next 3-5 years, supported by secular trends and several growth initiatives.
