Revenue: Gross revenues reached $125.3 million for 2025, up 13% year-over-year; Q4 gross revenues were $32.7 million, up 15% year-over-year.
Profitability: Operating margin expanded to 31.5% for the full year and 36.3% in Q4; diluted EPS was $2.58 for 2025, up from $2.26.
Growth drivers: OTC Link (+17%), Market Data (+15%) and Corporate Services (+8%) all contributed to the year’s growth, with market data benefiting from price increases implemented at the start of 2025.
OTCID & Corporate Services: OTCID launched July 1, 2025 and quickly scaled (1,052 OTCID companies at year-end); connected companies (OTCQX/OTCQB/OTCID) represented ~25% of securities and ~31% of dollar volume in Q4.
Moon ATS / Overnight trading: Moon saw meaningful traction in Q4 for overnight trading in exchange-listed names; management expects some NMS overnight activity this year but notes industry-wide complexity and competition.
Capital allocation: Board raised the quarterly dividend to $0.30 per share (declared March 2) and will opportunistically resume market buybacks; returned $32.6 million to investors in 2025.
Tokenization & regulation: OTC Markets is preparing to support lawful tokenized securities and is engaged with regulators, but will await clarity before broad deployment.
