The principal business of the Company is to engage in the archaeologically-sensitive exploration, documentation, research and recovery of shipwrecks with the objective of exploring and discovering Colonial-era shipwrecks. The firm has two wreck sites under permit with the State of Florida and a wreck site under contract with a private party. The firm is also the process of researching and vetting additional potential shipwreck sites on the East Coast of Florida. The Company’s active site includes Melbourne beach, Florida and Juno beach, Florida. The company has permits from the Florida Bureau of Archaeological Research for an area south of Cape Canaveral, which is jointly owned with a third party and permits from the State of Florida to explore and recover a wreck site located in Juno Beach, Florida. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Blockchain LogisTech, LLC.
