Record Performance: Derichebourg reported its best-ever half year results, with revenue of EUR 2.5 billion, EBITDA of EUR 250 million, and net income of EUR 118 million.
Strong Growth: Revenue increased by 54%, EBITDA rose by 45%, and net income attributable to shareholders jumped by 60% year-on-year.
Ecore Acquisition: The integration of Ecore drove significant growth, contributing EUR 44.8 million in EBITDA over 3.5 months and boosting volumes and margins in the Environmental Services division.
Margin Expansion: Unit margins improved in both ferrous and nonferrous metals, helped by higher commodity prices and successful integration of Ecore.
