The firm is a short-term working capital service provider by buying and reducing trade accounts receivable from receiving the transfer of claims for receiving money for goods or services. The company is engaged in offering factoring services to the applicant (the client) or simply the transfer of account receivables rights from the client to the Company (Domestic Factoring). In exchange for the transfer of rights, the Company finances the short-term cash flow of the client according to the sales of the discounted account receivables of the client. The Company’s main customers are groups of customers in small and medium-sized businesses that need working capital to run their business. Its target customers are business sectors, such as electronic equipment and parts, telecommunications, consumer products, labor services sector and businesses related to health and beauty.
