The Company’s main activities include the the loading, unloading and transport of liquid and solid bulk containers, such as coal, wooden, construction materials, hydrocarbons and fish oils, as well as in the provision of such maritime services as bunkering, wharfage operations and water supply, among others. The firm operates in the Chilean terminal ports of Coronel and Calbuco, which are located in the regions of Bio Bio and Los Lagos, respectively. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary Geologia y Logistica Sur Ltda, and Empresas Navieras SA was its majority shareholder.
