The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries include provision of value engineering, prototyping, program management, supply chain management, precision machining components and sheet metal parts manufacturing, modular and equipment system assembly, integration, testing and commissioning; design, engineering, manufacturing and sales of filters; manufacture of mold and die, plastic products and component sub-assembly; vacuum coating, thermal treatment and other related services for plastic component; and design and trading of micromechanical product components for automotive industry. Its Mechatronics segment is engaged in the design and manufacture of complex electro-mechanical assemblies and automation systems for original equipment manufacturers. Its Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS) segment is engaged in integrated solution to manufacture plastic components, including design and fabrication of mold.
