OTS Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the manufacturing and sale of food. The principal activities of the Company are the manufacturing and sale of halal and non-halal meat products. The Company’s subsidiaries include Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd, which is engaged in manufacturing and selling non-halal meat products, and Ellaziq Private Limited, which is engaged in manufacturing and selling halal meat products. The Company’s brands include Anew, Golden Bridge, Kelly's, Golden Lion, Orchid, EL-Dina and Kizmiq. The company offers four product categories: chilled, frozen, dried and shelf-stable ready-to-eat, and ready-to-cook meat products. The company owns and operates three modern food manufacturing facilities, two in Singapore and one in Bulan, Indonesia. In Singapore, its integrated food manufacturing facilities span across approximately 9,131 square meters. Its third food manufacturing facility is located in Bulan Island, Indonesia, which is focused on the production of Chinese sausages.
